Stepping Stones and bridges
I just wanted to let you know about one of the groups which I am involved in.
It’s called Stepping Stones. They meet 2-3 times a month and we have breakfast, croissants, toast and pancakes with coffee and tea. It is just a chances for mums to get together and chat about what they need to or what they want to!
We also have a bible story, some kids songs like the wiggle song and a craft to go with the story which both mum and kid enjoy doing.
There is a very high rate of post-natal depression on Grange Park and most of the fathers work very long hours. So these groups are very important to the mums and the kids it helps them to see what they feel or what they are going through is normal! It is always nice to know you are normal although some of us have to go futher than others to find it.

Heath and Safety Sucks a lot!
